#TWO — Social Purpose Procurement Toolkit and Case Studies

For an incredibly helpful introduction to social purpose procurement, from the what to the how, please check out this toolkit from the Social Purpose Institute to get you started. From there you might be after more information in preparation for the summit, all of which can be found at SPI’s Summit Resources page.

quote of the week

In a purpose-driven culture, employees have a heartfelt sense of ownership for their purpose: Purpose energizes teams, informs their decisions and guides their day-to-day behavior. Employees know who they serve, what they serve and how to embody brand promises.

– Jake Herway, Just How Purpose-Driven Is Your Organizational Culture. Gallup Workplace, October 22, 2021.

Enjoy reading and enjoy the weekend … on purpose.
