We will demonstrate how our purpose-led, future-fit business model drives superior performance, consistently delivering financial results in the top third of our industry.”

Check out their infographic on how they will implement their purpose of making “sustainable living commonplace”.

5.0 REDEFINING BUSINESS. Kate Raworth: We’re going to redefine business. March 31, 2021 The Pioneer Interviews. Pioneer’s Post. Known for her groundbreaking and influential work on “Doughnut Economics” Kate Raworth has lots to say about business for purpose including reflections on the ousting of Danone CEO and the importance of a unifying design approach.

“You can superficially change your purpose by rewriting your mission on your website, you can profoundly change your purpose by having a CEO and a board who are really committed to a transformative purpose…but you have to realign the rest of the design of your organisation,” she says.

Enjoy the reading and for those celebrating Passover and/or Easter, enjoy the week-end … on purpose!
